   Fare, Tolls, Parking & Taxes

   Your confirmed quote will state what is included. Unless specifically shown as inclusive, tolls, parking charges, airport fees, state entry or permit charges and applicable taxes are payable in addition to the quoted base fare. Any known extra charge will be explained before booking confirmation.

   Booking Confirmation

   An enquiry does not become a confirmed booking until JMV Cab Services has accepted the trip details and, where requested, received the agreed advance. Please verify the pickup point, destination, travel date, time, passenger count and selected vehicle before confirming.

3. 3

   Vehicle Model & Availability

   Vehicle photographs and model names are representative. Exact model, colour and registration are subject to availability. For VIP and wedding bookings, our team will confirm the available vehicle before payment; an alternative vehicle will be proposed for your approval if the requested model is unavailable.

4. 4

   Passenger & Luggage Capacity

   Passengers and luggage must remain within the registered and safe capacity of the assigned vehicle. The customer should disclose excess luggage, special equipment, child-seat needs or mobility requirements before confirmation so that a suitable vehicle can be arranged.

   Waiting, Night & Driver Allowances

   Waiting time, additional kilometres, night travel, driver allowance and overnight halt charges may apply depending on the itinerary. The applicable basis will be shared before confirmation or before an approved extension to the trip.

   Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

   Please notify us as early as possible by call or WhatsApp if the booking must be cancelled or changed. Any cancellation charge or refund will depend on the notice given, vehicle committed, distance travelled for pickup and supplier costs already incurred. The applicable terms will be communicated before an advance is accepted.

   Pickup Times, Routes & Delays

   Travel and arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather, road closures, local restrictions, breakdowns and other events outside reasonable control can cause delays or route changes. We will communicate material changes and make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative when possible.

   VIP & Wedding Car Services

   Wedding decoration style, flower type, placement, timing and cost must be agreed before confirmation. Decorations must not obstruct the driver, lights, mirrors, number plate or safe operation. VIP requirements, chauffeur dress and special arrival instructions are subject to prior written confirmation.

   Passenger Conduct, Cleaning & Damage

   Smoking, unlawful activity, dangerous behaviour and carrying prohibited items are not permitted. The customer may be responsible for reasonable cleaning or repair costs caused by passenger misuse or customer-supplied decoration. Please check the vehicle for personal belongings at the end of the trip.

    Payment, Receipts & Communication

    Payment method, advance amount and balance due will be confirmed for each booking. Keep the booking confirmation and payment receipt. Please use the official JMV Cab Services phone number or WhatsApp shown on this website for trip changes and payment verification.

    Personal Information

    Contact and trip information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange vehicles, coordinate drivers, process payments and provide support. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp or website forms.

    Applicable Law & Customer Rights

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Please contact JMV Cab Services first so that any service concern can be reviewed promptly.
